When calculating the length of your housing contract, you must include 2 weeks before your move-in date and 2 weeks after your move-out date ("Setup Period"). The 2 weeks before move-in are required for ACEE to set up your unit and ensure it is fully prepared. The 2 weeks after move-out are required to allow ACEE to verify that you have completed all required cleaning of the unit as outlined in your contract, and for ACEE to remove all ACEE-provided furniture and supplies.

I have read and understood the terms and conditions of the ACEE BRIDGES Program. I understand that ACEE is not a rental company and does not provide leases or rental agreements. Student housing is a component of the BRIDGES Program and is provided as part of the student services offered through this program. By submitting this application, I am applying for the BRIDGES Program, which includes access to student housing and other support services. I understand that student housing will not be reserved for me unless I have submitted this application, signed the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and paid all required deposits or fees. I authorize ACEE to verify any and all information provided in this application and agree to undergo a background check. All information submitted, and any released as authorized, will be kept confidential. I confirm that the information I have provided is true and complete. For students requesting shared 2-bedroom student housing, ACEE does not offer roommate matching. Students must identify and apply with their own roommate. Both applicants must submit completed applications and documentation for the request to be considered. Student housing assignments are made on a first-come, first-served basis according to the date that all fees are paid and the MOA is signed. Unit types are not guaranteed until both steps are complete. If I sign the MOA, pay all required fees, and later cancel my participation before the Agreement Start Date, I understand a Contract Termination Fee will be deducted from my refund.
