When calculating the length of your housing contract, you must include 2 weeks before your move-in date and 2 weeks after your move-out date. The 2 weeks before move-in are required for ACEE to set up your unit and ensure it is fully prepared. The 2 weeks after move-out are required to allow ACEE to verify that you have completed all required cleaning of the unit as outlined in your contract, and for ACEE to remove all ACEE-provided furniture and supplies.

PETS: If you plan on bringing your pet you must supply veterinary records and a photo of the pet, when requested by ACEE. PARKING: The housing location offers paid parking in a covered garage for residents only. The fee for parking is a one time non-refundable fee of $75.00 plus $1,620.00 which represents the parking rent paid to the building owner. Below is the list of services that are provided in the ACEE BRIDGES Program RESIDENCE SERVICES • Housing accommodations and all related acquisition and preparation activities • Utilities, including high speed Internet service (wifi) • Living room furniture – including couches, tables, and lighting • Dining room furniture – including dining table and chairs • Bedroom furniture – including a queen-sized bed, dressers, nightstands, bed linens, blankets, and pillows • Kitchen items – including cutlery, dining ware, cookware, stove, and refrigerator • Bathroom items – including towels, rugs, and shower curtain • A study area – including desk, chair, and printer • Security camera surveillance on the apartment entry door and door alarm • On-site ACEE office and emergency staff 24hrs a day INTEGRATION SUPPORT SERVICES • Transportation from Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport to the Community and transportation from the Community to Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport, if needed, when you complete your program. If you are arriving at or departing from a different airport location, you can elect to receive a $50.00 voucher for either Lyft or Uber instead • The option to ship your luggage to the housing location prior to your arrival. ACEE will not be responsible for errors in shipping or handling by your selected carrier, items that are not delivered to the correct address, items lost by your selected carrier, damaged items, or any other circumstance causing a delay or failure of package delivery and retrieval. It is your responsibility to track and properly insure all luggage. Once your items are successfully retrieved, it will be kept in a secure location and placed in the Unit Assigned prior to your arrival. ACEE will not intercept personal mail or packages. This service is for luggage only • ACEE will be your local resource for living in and adjusting to the area, your Housing Community liaison, and your emergency contact to ensure that someone is available to you 24-hours a day should the need arise. Terms and Conditions *

Please acknowledge you have read each basic term and condition by checking each box below. Full terms and conditions are included in the ACEE BRIDGES Program Memorandum of Agreement (MOA). You will receive your MOA for review and signature after your application is processed and approved. 1. 2 Bedroom/Roommate units will be shared by students of the same gender. No other person is permitted to occupy the unit without the written consent of the ACEE Program Director. 2. The MOA is for the term of my academic program. ACEE will notify me of the exact move-in and move-out dates. 3. No smoking is allowed inside of the unit. 4. Overnight guests are not allowed unless you have prior written consent from the ACEE Program Director. Overnight guests are never allowed in 2 bedroom units.

Applicant Declaration

I have read and understood the terms and conditions of student services provided by ACEE. I understand that if I have not submitted a signed Support Services application, an ACEE Memorandum of Agreement (MOA), and submitted any required deposits, I will not have accommodations reserved for me. I hereby authorize verification of any and all information set forth on this application. I agree to undergo a background check. All such information herein, and released as authorized above, will be kept confidential. Applicant represents that the information set forth on this application is true and complete. For students who select to live in a 2 bedroom with a roommate, we will do our best to place students with similar interests and qualities together. Furthermore, in 2 bedroom units where bedrooms may be of different sizes, students will be placed in units on a first-come, first-served basis. Applicant is responsible for all payment, exchange, and transfer fees. Units are assigned to students in order of the date that the full fees are paid. Your unit type is not guaranteed until you have paid all fees and signed the MOA. If you sign the MOA, pay the associated fees, and choose to cancel your contract prior to the Agreement Start Date, a Contract Termination fee will be assessed and deducted from your fee prior to reimbursement.
