Housing Maintenance Requests

Maintenance requests submitted online will be reviewed and completed during normal business hours.  Please note that online maintenance requests are for routine maintenance only. 

EMERGENCY PROTOCOL  

Call the Marylander property office at (410) 235-7829 and report the emergency to the agent answering the call.

AFTER HOURS EMERGENCIES

Call the Marylander property office at (410) 235-7829, then press 1. You will be asked to leave a message. This message will be delivered to the On-Call Maintenance Technician. In the message, please include your:

  • Address (3501 Saint Paul Street)

  • Apartment/room number

  • Phone number

  • A description of your emergency

  • Send an email to ACEE: info@aceebridges.com to notify us that you submitted an emergency request.

HELPFUL REMINDERS

  • If you are experiencing pest or bug issues, Pest Control performs services on Thursday. Please make sure to submit your request at least 48 hours prior.

  • Water maintenance is scheduled to occur once a month (refer to the housing events calendar by Clicking Here or viewing the schedule below for confirmation of the specific date). Water will be shut off from 9 AM to 4 PM while necessary repairs and maintenance are performed. Ensure you are properly prepared by having bottled water readily available for your use. If you do not have water by 6 PM, follow the maintenance emergency instructions. 

If you have submitted a work order and your problem has not been addressed within 48 hours (2 days), notify ACEE immediately: info@aceebridges.com

ACEE Program Director, Zalen Crowder, is available to address any concerns you have, but may only respond to messages during normal business hours (Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm). However, Ms. Crowder may reach out to you during emergency situations, if necessary.

  • – Fire (After calling 911)
    – Flooding
    – Gas leaks
    – Apartment entry door locks not operating properly
    – CO Detectors or fire alarms beeping
    – Detectors and Water Alarms
    – Broken window or window locks
    – Plumbing backups:  Including garbage disposal malfunction and plumbing leaks
    – No hot water
    – No heat (if outside temperature is under 50 degrees)
    – No air conditioning (if outside temperature is over 80 degrees)
    – Site-related electrical power failures
    – Bed Bugs
    – Mold
